VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Volunteers needed for our Food Pantry Garden October 16th!

Did you know that the Honors Program takes part in a community garden that provides produce for Cal Poly's Food Pantry? WE NEED YOUR HELP! October 16th is our first Garden Workday! This is a day full of plant education, plant propagation, community building, and, of course, sustainability!

We will begin at 10am Saturday, October 16th on the grass outside the health center by the rock wall. Come dressed in something comfortable and something that you're not afraid to get a little dirty! Don't forget your water! Gardening gloves will be provided for volunteers.

If you can't make it on October 16th but you want to get more involved in the  Garden, please submit the Food Pantry Garden Interest Form. The Food Pantry Garden is managed by our very own Honors student, Chad McCormick (BMED, 3rd YR).
