We Need Your Feedback!!!

Tell us what you think of the Honors Program (and get a chance to win a $50 gift certificate to the Bookstore!!)

Cal Poly is currently conducting a Program Review for the University Honors Program.  An important element of program review includes feedback from students! Therefore, we are asking you to complete a short survey regarding your experiences as a current Honors student. There are no “right” or “wrong” responses.  We are interested in your honest feelings and impressions of the program. The survey is anonymous!

The survey should take 5 to 10 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, there are instructions on how you can enter your name to win one of four $50 gift certificates to the University Bookstore.

It would be super helpful if you complete the survey by May 6th!
