Volunteer Opportunities

Did you know that you can get credit for your community service participation put on your University Transcript? To get credit, you must complete a minimum of 150 hours over the course of your time at Cal Poly. Hours completed over the summer or other academic breaks still count towards these hours, as long as you get them signed off by as volunteer supervisor or Cal Poly faculty member. Learn more under the Community Service link on the Honors website.

The Cal Poly Honors Program wants to make this process as simple as possible for all of its students. The program will keep track of and sign off on all of your hours; just complete this attendance form when you volunteer. We also want to help you find exciting volunteer throughout the year. See the list of Winter 2025 Volunteer Opportunities!

Have you completed a Co-Curricular Experience?
